Clifton United FC Rules and Policies

 

  1. Sportsmanship: All players, coaches, and parents are expected to demonstrate respect, fair play, and good sportsmanship at all times.
  1. Commitment: Players are expected to attend practices, games, and team events regularly and be punctual. Regular attendance helps foster a strong work ethic and team cohesion.
  1. Skill Development: Coaches will provide structured training sessions to help players improve their skills and reach their full potential. Players are encouraged to actively participate, listen to feedback, and work on their individual growth.
  1. Teamwork: Emphasizing the importance of teamwork, players will be encouraged to collaborate, communicate, and support each other both on and off the field. Building strong team dynamics is a key aspect of our club.
  1. Positive Learning Environment: Our club is committed to providing a positive and inclusive environment where players can learn, grow, and have fun. Any form of bullying, discrimination, or disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated.
  1. Off-Field Conduct: Players are expected to uphold the values of the club even outside of soccer-related activities. This includes demonstrating good behavior, respect for others, and making positive choices that reflect the club’s mission.
  1. Parental Involvement: Parents are encouraged to support their child’s soccer journey by attending practices/games, cheering positively, and respecting the decisions of coaches and officials. Parents should also promote a positive and supportive environment for all players. Parents SHOULD NOT coach their child during club practices or games.
